Additional Use Grant: You may use, copy, modify, and run the Licensed Work for Non-Commercial purposes,
including private evaluation, academic/research use, and internal prototyping that is not used to provide a
commercial product or service. You may not use the Licensed Work in Production, for Commercial purposes,
or to provide it as a hosted or managed service without a separate commercial license from the Licensor.

Terms

The Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy, modify, create derivative works, redistribute, and make
non-production use of the Licensed Work, subject to the terms of this License.

“Commercial” means use of the Licensed Work (or any portion thereof) to generate revenue or to provide a
product or service to third parties for a fee, including offering it as a service (SaaS), hosting, managed
services, consulting deliverables that embed the Licensed Work, or use in a revenue-producing Production
system.

“Production” means use of the Licensed Work to provide a product or service to end users (internal or
external) beyond private evaluation, including any use in live environments, safety-critical operations,
or decision-making systems where failures can cause harm.

If you want to use the Licensed Work for Commercial or Production purposes, you must contact the Licensor
to obtain a commercial license.

On the Change Date, the Licensed Work will become available under the Change License.
